  ADVANTAGES OF HOME CARE

The familiar surroundings of a patient's home contributes significantly to both physical and mental recovery, particularly in the case of senior citizens with compromised mobility, permanently bedridden or when recovering from medical procedures or severe wounds.

Natural, familiar surroundings eliminate confusion and insecurity, both of which hamper convalescence and/or quality of life, particularly in the elderly. It also eases the burden on spouses, partners and/or close family.

Private nursing offers a flexible range of services to give the best ongoing daily medical care to a patient at an affordable rate.

Services can include periodic personal medical care and observation, to 24 hour caregiving services. All the aspects of caregiving are incorporated such as wound care, medical and medicine management, fundamental hygiene, crisis management, health monitoring, carer management, doctor visits and family/patient guidance etc.

another person is essential to your own."

Every care situation is different. Some care requires periodic visits from the doctor, some lengthy
periods in hospital, others require medium-term medical observation and some call for patching up and
short-term convalescence. Home nursing has its distinctive place in looking after patients who require
economic medium to long-term care without the need for hospitalisation or step-down services.
Home care is best suited to the care of frail and elderly people or those that have suffered dibilitating
events such as strokes, heart failure, diabetic injuries or wounds, and post-operative care.

Angels Nursing is dedicated to the Physical and Mental wellbeing of all people requiring care
